Except + Verb

Hi 5D,

Hope the explanation below can help you :

Except + verb
A verb form after except usually depends on what came before. Infinitives are normally without to.

e.g. He does nothing except sleep all day. (does+sleep)
e.g. She is not interested in anything except cooking. (be --> interested in+cooking)
